Tournament Registration
Online registrations with online payment will be give PRIORITY over registrations received by mail. Registrations without payment will be rejected. Registration to play in a tournament indicates that the registrant and ALL team players have reviewed the ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS on this registration site – Code of Conduct; Rules; and Registration Instructions – and agree to the terms outlined in these documents.
